Returns Policy


Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt using a fully trackable postal service. All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in a GRAHAM & POTT credit. Any return requests made after 14 days from date of delivery will not be refunded. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and in a sellable condition with all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, boxes, pamphlets and any qualifying free gift etc., must be returned in order for a refund to be issued.

Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable. 

We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used.

Once received, the item shall be checked and the refund shall be processed and refunded to the original method of payment.

If you have purchased your items from another website or store please refer to their return/refund policy and contact directly.

How to return items

If your return meets the requirements as outlined in the aforementioned Returns Policy, you may return your items for a refund.

To arrange your return, please email stating your order number, the items you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Please ship the item using a fully trackable service with all original parts, caps, packaging, gifts and packing slip to the following:

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a notification email which will advise either the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Should your request be approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
