Returns

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt using a fully-trackable postal service. All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in a GRAHAM & POTT credit. Any return requests made after 14 days from date of delivery will not be refunded. 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and in a sell-able condition with all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, and any qualifying free gift etc, must be returned in order for a refund to be issued.

Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable. 

We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any significant amount of fragrance is used.

Once received, the item shall be checked and the refund shall be processed and refunded to the original method of payment.

If you have purchased your items from another website or store please refer back to their return/refund policy and contact them directly.

 

How to return items

If your return meets the requirements as outlined in the above-mentioned Return Policy, you may return your items for a refund.

To arrange your return, please email luxury@grahamandpott.info stating your order number, the items you are returning, and the reason.

Please ship the item using a fully-trackable service with all of its original parts, caps, packaging, gifts, and packing slip to:

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, a notification email will be sent. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
