Order Processing
All orders are processed from the United Kingdom during normal business hours. GRAHAM & POTT is not open on weekends and United Kingdom Public Holidays. If your order is placed during this period, please allow for additional delivery time. Please ensure your full name, address, telephone number and email address are entered correctly to avoid any unnecessary delay.
Order Modification
In the event that you wish to modify your order, please email luxury@grahamandpott.info within 1 hour of completing checkout and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. Please note that our Warehousing & Despatch Team are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed at our warehouse.
Tracking
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom via a tracked courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. The designated courier will not leave parcels unattended due the risk of damage or loss. Tracking Information may be received directly from the courier.
Delays
On rare occasions, delays may be experienced due to the number of orders being processed. Extended lead times for shipping are imposed by our delivery partners, including but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, NORSK, Aramex and UPS.
Dangerous Goods
Please note Perfumery Products are classified as Dangerous Goods and therefore necessitate additional paperwork and checks for Customs Clearance, which may lead to orders being delayed by Border Control. Should any further information be required, Customs authorities will contact GRAHAM & POTT directly. Customs Clearance may take approximately 48 hours to process.
Customs Tax & Duties
GRAHAM & POTT does not cover customs tax, duties, tariffs, VAT, handling fees and/or Customs Clearance charges that may be required by the Buyer’s Country of Residence for the importation of goods from the United Kingdom. The Buyer is responsible to clear any charges that may be due, which vary depending on the Country of Residence. In the event that customs fees and charges are refused, the order will be returned to GRAHAM & POTT and a refund will not be issued.
