Every fragrance bearing The Great Seal of the House has been exquisitely handcrafted and sublimed using highly concentrated infused oils which have undergone a scrupulous nine-month wooden barrel aging process – unmatched within the fragrance-making craft – that results in a uniquely layered olfactory experience.

A GRAHAM & POTT fragrance is a unique combination of the finest hand-picked ingredients, essential oils and a variety of delicate compounds, which are blended and aged for nine months in wooden barrels, similar to the aging processes of both wine and whiskey. This process is undertaken to enhance and deepen the complexity of the scent, with American White Oak, European Oak, Cedar, Cherry and Sandalwood barrels employed depending on the fragrance to obtain the signature finish. During this process, the fragrance mixture is placed inside the barrel, with the alcohol content enabling the essential oils and compounds to interact with the wood.
